The long awaited and repeatedly asked for….USED GEAR SALE!!!!

When: Sunday February 25th
Where: Beban Park Social Center
Time:
1. Drop off all PRICED gear between 9:00 – 10:00 – we will not price for you. See a volunteer so we can record your name, items and prices.

3. Pick up money and unsold gear between 12:00 – 12:30**

*All prices must be negotiable.
If you want your item priced as “firm” you need to plan on staying and selling it yourself. Volunteers will negotiate and accept reasonable offers on your items.
Volunteers will NOT be argued with, complained at or disrespected!

All gear must be clean and in good used condition.

**Any unclaimed gear at 12:30 will be dropped off at one of Nanaimo’s finest thrift stores.

We will also be selling retired minor lacrosse jerseys for $5.00. NDLA does not make any money on this event – it is a service to our lacrosse families. Funds from jersey sales will cover the room rental.

As promised, here is everything you need to know about the 2018 Evaluations:

Evaluations are being held at the Lions Box (located at 106 Wall Street) and/or the Centennial Building (beside Cliff McNabb). Read thoroughly so you don’t show up at the wrong place!

All Evaluations are weather permitting! Please do not contact us asking if evaluations are happening – we assure you that IF they are postponed/cancelled due to weather we will update both the website and facebook page. We simply can’t field thirty plus parents wondering if they are rained out and we will post all/any cancellations! We will not answer any individual messages regarding the status of evaluations due to weather!

Be on time! Our evaluators have a lot of kids to see and expect you to be on time and ready to go!

Pinnies will be handed out upon arrival.

If your player has evaluations at the Centennial Building, please plan to drop them and vacate the building. The area is very small and having parents in there is super unsafe, distracting to the athletes and chaotic for evaluators. You can wait outside, go for a walk, grab a coffee or otherwise but we need to keep the area clear for those volunteers handing out pinnies and our evaluators. Please respect this request as it’s best for everyone involved.
